Fantastic spa and stay ng here.food was gorgeous and bar was lovely and cosy...friendly staff all round... rooms spacious and warm.Spa treatment was so good and relaxing....only complaint was the noise for a while at ng...our rooms were above function room.But that just lasted a while .Overall a Fantastic place and will definitely be back soon

Stayed for a short break 16/17th February. Hotel bright, clean, well maintained and modern. One stand out feature was the staff. From the lady who checked us in to the bar and waiting staff all were friendly, chatty and attentive, really worth commendation. Something very hard to find nowadays, training or staff selection is obviously carefully done. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, not over the top but fully adequate. Will definitely consider another break there and possibly make use of the spa next time.

The only fault I have with Villa Rose was that the lift from reception was not working. I feel the hotel should have had staff on hand to assist with taking luggage up and down to the rooms.
