The dining experience was average, but the service was appalling. The restaurant struggled to manage orders, both for dine-in and takeout. They shouldn't have opened if they couldn't handle the demand. We waited an hour after finishing our appetizers for our main courses, and when it came time for dessert, nobody informed us about it. I ordered a drink that never arrived and was then wrongly accused of not ordering it; I had to remind them and eventually take the drink home myself. I wouldn’t recommend the burgers, as they were extremely soggy. We weren't the only ones complaining—almost every table around us expressed their dissatisfaction and wondered how much longer they would have to wait for their food. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially since we weren’t informed about it when we placed our orders. I will not be returning to this restaurant or recommending it to anyone.

Fantastic food, excellent service, and great prices make this the best place to eat in Ballymahon. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Every item on the menu is incredible and very budget-friendly.

I was truly impressed by both the food and the service. We brought our 7-month-old baby along, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It’s a very family-friendly atmosphere.
