The Wild Atlantic Lodge - Ballyvaughan

We had a lovely stay here, Very clean and comfortable, with lovely staff . Breakfast was hot and delicious. We would like to thank Paul for all his help . We will be back !!

We arrived late on friday but got in to the restaurant and had a drink afterwards in the bar. The staff from the gentleman on reception to waiting staff and bar men was exceptional, helpful, friendly and kind. They anticipated every need. It was so clean, the food great, as was the Guinness according to my partner. The room was clean, the bed so soft, great selection of TV stations and the shower really good. Again I have to say how good the staff were. Thank you all sincerely.

Booked her prior to our arrival. Digital cert was checked. Had dinner, was disappointed with my Veg Curry it was hot not spicy tasty hot just hot (spicy) very limited veg broccoli and cauliflower no beans or lentils, I left most of it behind me. My husband had chicken and said it was nice but I thought over priced for chicken and DD had the chicken curry was overly impressed. The place is decorated lovely and staff pleasant

Once again we had a very pleasant evening here. The food was lovely and the staff couldn’t be better. Gluten free wasn’t a problem. Bathrooms were immaculate.

Dropped into the Snug Bar: waited for the barman/owner to appear which he eventually did with a look that told me the one ting he didn't like in his pub was paying customers. I asked politely if I could bring in my dog. His reaction couldn't have been ruder if I'd requested entry for a herd of wild elephants. I gladly left.
