On 24/06/2017 - Saturday night, I went to the king burger to take a snack for my son, because he was in a restaurant next door and he doesn't like shrimps. I made a special request and in that matter I was answered. The problem was getting someone on the counter to pick up the sandwich at the dispenser, pack and deliver me. simply there was no one at this service desk and people began to get involved! the sandwich was ready, cooling and **** the employee? only after I asked for the favor for an employee who was on the outside side of the counter is that I was served. lack management on the service team!

Av Atlantic store Friday 16/06 night when we arrived the site was empty, several dirty unoccupied tables with soda pin and ketchup gave to clearly see that previous client removed the trays but no employee passed a cloth after. table next door there were 2 people eating and at the conjugated table of them had left tray with potato remains and cups (also from previous client.) upper floor an oven, air conditioning there was only the cover of it hanging (dava to see).
