Rolf's - Baltimore

My belief in the hospitality of guesthouses has been truly restored after spending three nights with Friederike and Johannes at their family-run Guesthouse Rolfs Baltimore in West Cork. Between Friederike, Johannes, and their team, they operate a lovely home and restaurant. The food at both dinner and breakfast was outstanding, made with the freshest ingredients and beautifully prepared. The rooms, although small, were clean, modern, and taken care of each day. The property has a large, well-maintained garden with plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a meal outside or finding some quiet moments. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Friederike and Johannes, for the warm welcome and wonderful stay in your home.

Beautiful location with friendly hosts, delicious meals served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a great selection of wines, and comfortable rooms.

Had a fantastic stay in this gem. We were welcomed like family, treated to a complimentary drink in the garden and had an amazing meal. Well done to all, we look forward to coming back

We had a last minute night in Cork and came across this gem of a place. It's stunning!!. The grounds, the scenery, the owners, food and service all exceptional and I look forward to returning for a longer stay next time

Beautiful place to sleep and eat amidst the greenery and overlooking Baltimore Bay. Very good dinner with fresh oysters, quality products and excellent wine. The host Frederika makes you feel at home.
