Part of the $30 rack of ribs was burnt, and the cornbread was so dry. I'm more disappointed in my husband for paying $3 more for another order of their desert dry cornbread. Even store bought cornbread isn't as bad unless you get them after they've expired. The Macaroni and cheese was well seasoned but there was
I went to Big bad wolfs yesterday and today to confirm that this has to be the best BBQ spot in Baltimore city. Nothing compares to the fantastic pork and brisket. You will not be disappointed.
I only get veggie burgers and love it here so that says a lot for their tasty sauces, and DELICIOUS homemade fries. They have the best coleslaw (next to my Grandma Anna?s); it has lots of flavor. Staff are pleasant and helpful. It?s a local treasure and great local small business. Food is cooked freshly while you wait.
We brought cousins from Germany here, they really wanted to experience American barbecue and it was wonderful! A real local down to earth spot. And just on the Northern edge of Hamilton, so we walked South along the interesting Hamilton area strip complete with beautiful murals and interesting shops and buildings. Be aware, there is only one picnic table outside to sit at, but plenty of other places like steps to sit on, big Episcopal Church just north there if you didn't
This is the worst food I have ever had in my life. The beans are just in ketchup, the sweet potatoes are absolutely canned and just swimming in sugar water, the brisket is bone dry and you have to gnaw at it. The coleslaw is just vinegar and mayo with no sweetening. Horrific. And $30 for two sandwiches and 3 little sides.
