Checkers - Baltimore

Transaction DS254 on January 16, 2024, at 7:55 p.m.: The spicy chicken sandwich was overcooked, and the fries were greasy and slimy—almost like they were refried. The fish sandwich fell apart as soon as I looked at it. I also ordered a lemonade, but it tasted like pure water. This was the worst service I have ever experienced; it seemed like the employee didn't even speak English and was using a translator app on her phone. To top it off, this is the only Checkers I've been to where the food was immediately put in a bag as soon as I ordered.

Instead of serving fresh tenders, they gave us ones that had already been cooked.

My food was fresh and hot. By the time I reached the window, it was already ready.

My parents ordered 2 combos. They only rang up 1. I ordered 3 combos. I got all 3. Chicken tenders were dried out and over cooked. Prices rang up differently than what was on the sign. There are not many places to sit inside the restaurant. Workers had issues with speaking English. Staff was not friendly.

They always given out cold food order always wrong. an bad customer service?
