Feedback gevenWhen you place a mobile order here, there's only about a 10% chance of receiving what you actually requested. In fact, they've only gotten my mobile order right three times in total. This time, I specifically ordered extra chicken and extra rice, but this is what I ended up with.
We used to frequent Chipotle many times a week. We moved to White Marsh and this has proven time and time again to be the WORST Chipotle. We?ve given this location close to our house multiple chances. After a 4 month hiatus of coming here, we decided to come today (9/5/2022). We joked as we pulled up that there was no sign on the door indicating they were out of ingredients or closed for online ordering. We got to the end of the line and were told they were out of guacamole. For us, the guacamole makes the dish. We decided to proceed to checkout and pay for what we ordered until we were told that they did not have salad dressing either. This place is unreal. Someone from the corporate headquarters needs to get in this store and turn it around. This is the worst Chipotle we?ve ever experienced. Sad to say, we will not be back or giving this location another opportunity.
I wish I had checked the reviews before visiting this place. I placed my order through the Chipotle app, and when I got home to eat, I was really disappointed with how little there was. I ordered half chicken and half steak, and I’m not exaggerating when I say there were maybe ten pieces of meat in total. I asked for extra cheese, but there was barely any. The same went for the sour cream—I requested extra, but there was hardly any on there. The meat that was included was really fatty, and to top it off, my order wasn’t on the mobile order shelf, so I had to wait in line with everyone else. Overall, it was a waste of $17.00. Next time, I think I’ll just save my money and go to Taco Love, where they don't forget half your order and the food actually tastes good.
I came in to pick up my online order I realized I forgot to add something, so I got in line when I got to the front, the staff was having trouble viewing online orders. One of the women working apologized to me politely asked if I could show her my order. I did she made it for me perfectly in a timely manner. Every single person working was super friendly the customers were being very immature about the online orders being down and should?ve treated the staff way better. I feel so bad that they?ve had to deal with these entitled customers. But all of those women kept their cool stayed professional. *all while having the store clean food seemed fresh and organized. Just wanted to acknowledge the team.
This Chipotle is TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. First time I ever went they told me they do not take gift cards. The second time I went, I ordered mobile order pick-up and I was missing two items. I went back inside and they told me they were out of chips and queso. They did give me the other item I already paid for that was missing. The containers that they put my food in were not put on correctly and food was EVERYWHERE in the bag. meanwhile, the dining room was DISGUSTING. Avoid at all costs.
