Gachi Sushi - Baltimore

It's a bit surprising to give a five-star rating to an airport sushi restaurant, but Gachi truly earns it. As someone who travels frequently and often connects through Baltimore, I've started planning my layovers around the opportunity to dine at Gachi—even if it's not at my terminal! I've had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful manager and her daughter, both of whom are incredibly kind. Most importantly, the sushi is excellent. I've been telling my friends and family that we need to plan a dinner there together sometime! This place is a legitimate restaurant located in an airport, so there's no need to be hesitant about airport sushi. Everything is fresh, properly chilled, and the cleanliness is impressive. It's definitely worth a detour! They offer both sit-down dining and pre-made rolls if you're in a rush.

The teriyaki bowl was quite delicious, especially paired with some spicy mayo on the side. The service was fast and efficient.

I only ordered a beer and ended up getting a pint of Sapporo in a can for just over $12. The staff was friendly when I placed my order. There was a sushi bar to sit at, along with tables nearby. It's conveniently located right across from gates A7 and A9.

Sushi was delicious! Service was quick and friendly. Beers were cold. Would Def go back!

I have had their sushi from the kiosk at Terminal B a couple times several years ago and did not know they have a full sushi bar at Terminal A, as I seldom ever fly out of there. Luckily, my wife, best friend, and I had ample time before our flight out of Concourse B for us to have a nice big lunch here on Saturday, July 1, 2023. The servers were very fast and friendly to greet us and my wife and I ordered the Miso Ramen, an Imperial Roll, a Georgetown Roll, a Triple Delight, and a Maguro Tower. Our best friend had the Miso Ramen with two different rolls. Everything was so amazing and delicious. It is surprising finding such top-notch sushi at an airport.
