Feedback gevenI placed a delivery order, and they incorrectly labeled the box by putting non-vegan gluten-free cookies in a box marked vegan and gluten-free. Be sure to double-check your order to avoid any issues! My girlfriend would have suffered for a week if I hadn't caught the mistake. We called the restaurant to report their error, but the response we received was quite disappointing. While the cookies were fine, the store and customer service left a lot to be desired.
If I could leave this location a ZERO!!! I absolutely would. 12-20-21 is the night I placed my order. I wanted to do something nice for my nursing staff. My unit is not small and I wanted to order enough cookies for everyone. I placed my order through seamless which is apart of grubhub. I received a text from the driver Aaliyah asking if I could meet her outside and she should be there eta 2 minutes. Sure no problem, My Location which I asked the driver with specific instructions to meet me at was on the receipt and on the ordering app as well. She called saying she was outside. I informed I was outside and did not see her. I then asked where exactly was her location she had. Which for some reason claiming the map took to the emergency entrance which is not the main entrance on Lombard st. And not the 22.s Greene st. Maintenance and put as my location which is on the receipt I asked the driver could she meet at the location that?s on the receipt. I waited 15 minutes she refused to meet at the location the is on the receipt. I had to come to her, once I get to her location she was very rude. Tossing my at me. I informed her that this was not my full order. Aaliyah the driver shouted that it was my and proceeded to make her way to the car to drive off. I tapped her window to get her attention. Not only did she try to back her car on me. She parked her car gets out with a stick threatening to hit me with it. She pulls her phone out saying she?s going to record me. Security comes out to try and get a statement from her and she was very rude and nasty to them. Once the campus officers which by the way she almost ran over with her car. I called the store location 1059 s. Charles st. Which was no help at all to inform about my order and what took place with the driver. I didn?t catch his name. But the gentleman said the it was my full order and they put all my cookies in one box. I counted 24 cookies in once box and four cookies in the other. As stated on the receipt my
Have purchased cookies from this locations several times with no issues. Today?s experience was not the case. Ordered our typical 6 cookies, 4 of them were great, and unfortunately the 2 Snickerdoodle cookies were extremely soft and definitely undercooked. Looks like they were packaging the cookies in the boxes as they were leaving the oven for each customer that came in so perhaps some were not completely baked. I did not have time to take the cookies back to the store but in the future, I will definitely be mindful of checking out the cookies before I leave the store.
Coldest and stalest cookies I have ever had in my life. Not to mention the M&M cookies were clearly left in the oven too long. The separate box of chocolate chip minis were the only ones that were fresh. Spent $22 on a box of bricks
Wow, this was my first time trying these cookies, and they are incredible! I purchased two boxes, each containing twelve cookies customized to my liking, for about $22.00 per box. The cookies were warm and chewy with just a bit of crunch on the edges, completely satisfying my family's cravings. The customer service was also fantastic and prompt.
