Insomnia Cookies - Baltimore

I had problems with my delivery order and was refunded. I had the same problem again and I called to make the bakery aware that this was not a problem, but an internal problem that happened several times. they heard and corrected the problem more than enough. the problem should not happen, but it has been corrected 3× fold. that is a good customer service. I don't remember the name that solved the problem, but thank you. that is how a company treats its customers and is very appreciated.

I just want to know if the cookies are good. Maybe they let me know if they were received. it is baltimore what they expect

(apologise for the half-bits cookie pics? ?) the pictures alone should show how tasty these cookies were! fair warning, the charles village location not in personal ordering, only collection and delivery (in a certain radius, $6 order minimum). I found the hard one after I showed up personally. some signage is def necessary. reason why I have taken a star. small staff, but they were fast as soon as I put the order on my handy. the two cookies I had were warm and tasty ?. not too soft, right amount of thick and sweet. I like solid, crispy cookies think blue chips ahoy and famous amos/oreo lover ~I have the vegan birthday cake cookie and the double chocolate cook. a bit expensive, but it's worth it. I would recommend and visit again. I love cookies and can be a little picky in the rule, but they surpassed my expectations since it has been bought several years since I was or has been in business.

I have ordered a monster cookiewich it was delivered quickly the cookies were so warm and the ice cream was delicious but once I have it...OMG!!! deliciouswill definitiw order again

I took my mom here for the first time today and she absolutely loved the cookies just the answer I was waiting for we will definitely be back no more great cookie for me
