Jack Binion's Steak House - Baltimore

The restaurant is not open! I don't understand why they would take reservations!

Wow, really? I made a reservation. Even received SMS notifications remind me of my reservation. Go there to find out that the place was closed for a week and is closed forever. This is really weak and somewhat disappointing. You think a big casino might have been able to tell someone that they close their best restaurant and instead of writing me reminders, maybe write You got me a place or we're not here anymore.

The dress was casual even though we were dressed. Our server Corey was excellent.

I am a loyal casino member of Hufeisen / Harrahs. I paid my points for dinner. Dinner was very good and so was service (not rushed). I took my son and we had a wonderful time. Rye

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was barely acceptable and the food was served cold. The calamari was undercooked and the shrimp was overcooked.
