They decide not to emphasize this point as part of their marketing strategy, know that if they promote themselves as vegan some people do not choose to partake, but that the vegans will they find we be crisp in this way. You should be changed to all vegans in HC and allowed five stars. I thought I never had a pain au chocolat in my life again and then I not only have one in Motzi, it was hands down the best EVER. This whole grain situation makes the difference in the depth of taste and mouthfeel. Also on a few articles in my freezer bread, English muffins that I have for a future treat. I have recently learned from Motzi Bread from another vegan friend who told me that Motzi is all vegan, but does not choose to advertise that this fact to not turn too close mental people off. (Because lucky cow should allow them to get 5 star ratings that I would have given) I've only been to Motzi once, but I liked all three articles I got: chocolate babka, one-corn bread and chocolate chip cookies. I appreciate that the couple who owns it tries to return to the various communities, local and international (e.g. by giving them pay-what-you-can option and money to organizations).
Best bakery in the city of Bar far, it is a true jewel of rich whole grains, and large pastries. Try the Babka. Also, I recommend the order before: [here link]
The baked goods offered at Motzi Bread are by far the best I have ever tasted! When you walk into the store you're greeted by the delicious smell of baked bread and the welcoming smiles of it's owners Maya Muñoz and Russell Trimmer . They have always gone out of their way to only bake with the finest and freshest ingredients often from locally sourced farms. My husband and I have also found that they are able to create such new and imaginative delicacies that are always too tempting to pass up! We highly recommend that all who happen to live or visit the Baltimore area stop by Motzi Bread! Your taste buds will thank you!!!
...and I spent two weeks in Paris. The focaccia was to die for, and the baguette was over the top. The ethical standards they uphold in both sourcing ingredients and selling are the highest. Even the cocoa, coffee and chai were all delicious. I look forward to sampling the entire menu. Run, don't walk to Motzi Bread.
