Feedback gevenThis place is disappointing, from the service to the food. My meal was overcooked to the point where there's no way they could have thought it was acceptable to serve it like that. When I called to express my concern, they seemed completely indifferent and didn’t care at all.
This Pizza Hut may look a bit outdated, but the food is excellent. I consistently choose to order from this location, even though there's one closer to my house that offers delivery.
This is one of the most unpleasant and dirtiest restaurants I have ever been to. It really deserves to be shut down. The carpet was so filthy that our shoes were sticking to the floor. The seating was old and stained, and there were no clean tables available for dining in. They didn’t even have fountain drinks, forcing us to buy bottled ones instead. The service was terrible. I will never return to this establishment. I think the health department needs to conduct an inspection soon. If you're considering ordering delivery, please think twice! This review pertains to the Dogwood Rd. location in Baltimore, MD.
I ordered 2 large pizzas and they looked like mediums. They were very small in comparison to other pizza places. They barely put any pepperoni on them. There were some slices without any pepperoni on them at all! They were cold and dry. I expected larger, better, and warmer pizzas from Pizza Hut. Plus, it was a busy Friday night that we ordered on, so there should have been at least one other person at the register. The cashier looked overworked and overwhelmed. When we called ahead of time, no one answered their phone, and after visiting I could see why. I had to order online and it took over an hour for just 2 pizzas! That's ridiculous! There was a lady at the register in front of us, and the cashier couldn't even locate her pizza. Once he found it, he indicated that it was curbside, to which the lady responded that she waited in her car for too long, and had to come inside to see what was taking so long for her order to be delivered to her car. The cashier then told her that they had to remake her pizza, because it was too cold and hard at that point. I remember better days with Pizza Hut. It was a total waste of our time and money!
I spent an hour waiting on 3 sides because I watched them drop it on the floor, remake it, and then unsuccessfully look for my order as I asked for an update multiple times. It was ready the whole time, just no one checked. Plus they allowed me to be skipped in line by someone louder than me, after I was sitting and waiting for an hour.
