Great little neighborhood find in a spot that has a high turnover There is an upstairs area that you can reserve for private parties.

This is a very cute place to dine inI came for brunch as was not impressed at allI got the chicken and waffles.

I came to Rachel on a Thursday with my boyfriend and a friend to have dinner and play trivia.

Excellent food as always, except that on holidays not everyone takes control, goes crazy, doesn't respect reservations and loses the concept of an exclusive restaurant and you have to hunt tables like fast food,
