Service was good but the employees allowed a homeless man in a wheelchair to loiter in the Starbucks store for at least 30 minutes. The homeless man never purchased anything. He sat there watching videos on his cell phone with the volume very loud, which annoyed the paying patrons (yes, a homeless man with a cellphone). Why does Starbucks allow people to loiter in their stores and bother other paying customers?
Staff was awesome! They have a different way to make coffee I tried. It's a little pricey, but delicious!
We went around Christmas time and it was nice and friendly with a chill atmosphere located right by the harbor. If you haven't tried the Caramel Macchiato and have a sweet tooth during a cold day, your missing out. Perfect cuppa on a cold winter day out with the love of my life, thank you.
This is a really nice Starbucks with a lot of dine in and coffee lounge areas. I got the hazelnut bianco latte...if you like super sweet and creamy, this is your drink. The cafe is alright, but the service is mediocre when it's busy. Good clean store though.
