Stokos - Baltimore

Whenever I call Stokos on York Road, Samuel knows exactly what I like to order. They deliver my food quickly and on time, and the quality is excellent. I really enjoy ordering from them; they are simply the best. My granddaughter and I both love them!

Just ordered over the phone and it was the most pleasant order taker. I wantvto say Hector keep doing what you do. I will definitely be ordering from here again

I order from here frequently because the food is great, but I’ve had a really disappointing experience with the staff. Today, I saw the cook rubbing someone else's food container on his chin hair before putting food right into it. He also picked up a dirty rag off the floor and then handled the French fries. When I mentioned this, they told me I was causing problems just because I didn’t want the fries he had touched. This seems to be happening to other people's food as well, so please be cautious! I won’t be ordering again.

Food hot and fresh to order. I've never had a bad order. I did forget my free can soda one time but that was on me.

Terrible experience... I ordered delivery and waited nearly two hours for my food, which never arrived. When I called, they told me the delivery driver had just left five minutes ago. After waiting another 30 minutes with still no food (and I live less than five minutes away), I called again and requested fresh food, saying I would just pick it up myself. I went to pick it up, but when I got home, the food was awful. To make matters worse, I woke up this morning to find that they charged my card twice and told me the extra charge should be refunded by Monday.
