Out standing the elderly Lady working I felt sorry for her the AC was broke. They had the doors open but it was still hot.

Food was very fresh and well put together, the lady there is always friendly and cleanly. Very happy with my food. I bought 4 subs and she was quick.

I asked for my sub to be fixed differently than they sell it, she made it to my specialty, it was delicious

I have visited the location on Erdman Ave several times, including today, well before the 9 PM closing time. I arrived at 8:47 PM and was refused service because the staff member needed to complete her paperwork before leaving at 9 PM. If they intend to deny service to customers during business hours, they should update their online hours accordingly!
