My order is consistently inaccurate, and I've had issues with the quality of the food as well. On one occasion, the manager even argued with me when I refused to accept an order that was not mine. Dining at the restaurant is a better experience, but overall, I wouldn't recommend it. Although I live nearby, I usually prefer to go to Towson Place for better service.

I sat at the bar, and the bartenders were attentive. The food arrived in a timely manner. However, I ordered the chicken and cheese, and the portions were much smaller than expected. They also advertised starters as being on happy hour all day, but they were actually just priced at the regular rate.

The manager, Jessica, called me to inform me that I would receive a $35 credit via email, but after 24 hours, it never arrived. She assured me it would only take a day, yet it did not come through. I can't recommend this place due to my frustrating experience. Jessica's management skills are lacking, and her apology felt insincere, as she didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. I plan to escalate this matter further because her treatment of my complaints was unacceptable.

Your new menu is the bee knee. Chock full of new dishes. Steaks cooked with taste, ribs fall out of the bone, and the spiced legs, the wings replaced are great. New drinks and desserts. After 9 starters are 1/2 off. If you write them out, give them another attempt you will be surprised!

I have to say I hate food franchises like this but it was the only thing open and we were hungry. The salmon salad was superb. It was fresh and the salmon was cooked to perfection. The shrimp dish and chicken sandwich was good too (but wasn't my meal). It was very late at night. For the food to be this good was very impressive! Kudos TGIFriday's!
