I came in this past Tuesday. The bartender/waitress on the first floor was not happy to be at work her customer service with guest at the bar was poor. Not at all welcoming but what was worst was her attention to sanitation. She repeatedly rubbed her lips with her bare hands then prepared drinks for customers and put straws in their cups with those same hands unwashed in between. The last straw for me was her putting her finger in her nose when she went to input an order on the computer screen. I was going to leave but we heard other people mention there was an upstairs area open. There was another bar and staff upstairs were in a better mood and I didn’t see any sanitation concerns. Please discuss/train staff on health and safety and hospitality especially if they will be the first person someone encounters in your establishment.
This place NEVER disappoints! I’ve tried so many different items on the menu and they’re all GREAT!Food: 5/5
The portobello mushroom cap sandwich was fantastic. Goat cheese for the win. Also really good sweet potato fries. Specifically came to watch the NBA Finals, tho. Upstairs all screens were showing the game, but surprisingly the Friday night crowd that wasn't watching the game was louder than fans.Vegetarian options: Pretty limited for mains. Pickles and cauliflower sides or a salad if you don't want the mushroom sandwich.
Just moved into the neighborhood and was disappointed with my inaugural visit..... no need to bash but too many other great places that I'll visit instead. Services gets a 2 because one of a pleasant bartender!Dietary restrictions: The kitchen was confused on a menu item that was supposed to be GF as it was, per the menu??
