Feedback gevenMy partner and I visited on Saturday night and encountered a frustrating experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that only online orders were accepted. We placed a mobile order through the Wendy's app, but when we approached the staff member—who had short braids and seemed to be in charge—she told us she couldn’t fulfill it because she had thrown away all the food and that we could only order through delivery services. When we requested a refund, she was unhelpful and suggested we deal with it through the app. We asked to speak to the manager, but it turned out she was the manager. We tried to call the location several times but got no response. Can someone please connect us with the district manager to resolve this issue? Wendy's customer service has not been helpful at all.
My partner and I were out of town a few days ago and decided to eat at Wendy's. We both had the chicken salad with the Strawberry Fields salad, and it was delicious! Our location was in Mississippi, and it was a bit difficult to understand our server, but overall, we had a good experience.
I'd rather live in a food desert than come here. the best place to represent wendys. the operators should be embarrassing. After I sat in the drive, threw several minutes..the person came over the loudspeaker and told me that I came in to command one. it's not hard to put a sign. this place is always slow, they often forget the items they pay and the customer service is not existent. I'd be happy if this place shuts down and something else was led by someone else. I have a 30-minute lunch break and can't come, eat a bite and work again at the time. f this place.
Only the journey was open. the line was ridiculously long, and some drivers just drove away. had to wait to have taken order - only could the car at the pick-up window, so sat on the speaker, wait for order. then they didn't even have French toast sticks! only mocha coffee coffee, i.e. that wasn't the first bad experience at this place, but it was my last!
Ordered a double cheese burger and it was burned. I blamed myself because I should have checked my food before leaving the store.Food: 1/5
