Wendy's - Baltimore

Most pathetic I have received in a very long time from an almost food restaurant. I almost sat an hour in the snake because they had no hamburgerfleisch. they did not tell me this until I paid after my payment and after they noticed that their just more orders during the lining of our customers around the building. I asked for a refund. I asked several times and every time they told me they would give me one, and the new person just came back and wondered if I wanted another refund. Then she came out to tell me she made my food, but wanted to see if I wanted a refund. I decided to just take the food and I should have got the refund because my pommes were so cold I threw them away. the service here is absolutely pathetic. I'll never waste my money here again. If they don't play there all day, maybe they could do some work. they are better off to the McDonald’s in essex than this place.

Do not use drive thru, they will hostage! this situation has concrete barriers that drive it thru, so it is impossible to get out when someone is behind them. I am 30 minutes late to work because I literally stuck in the thru for almost an hour running gear!

As a door disc we must use most of the time with the running gear thru window. not cool. the lobby should be open, only maybe wendys would have more commands. think about the money they lose.

Did it again. Even when I'm the only person in the Drive-Thru and I literally spell it out for them what I want when I get to the speaker I guess I have to check my order each and every time because for some reason no one can tell the difference between a #2 DOUBLE BACONATOR MEAL (which is what I actually said and it was correct on the screen) a double cheeseburger meal (which is what I realised I recieved after getting back to work).

Slowest drive through I've ever seen more than 20 mins. of not moving. First time to this one and never again.
