Wendy's - Baltimore

The wendy’s is located opposite the walmart shopping center, on the northwest corner of the crossing of washington boulevard and commerce drive. an entrance on the north side of the washington boulevards, could easily be missed, so they drive slowly. an input and output is also along the commerce drive. there are enough parking spaces. a bank of america atm island can be reached by parking. a mature company is at the place. wendy’s offers a easily accessible lane and a parallel lane when changing their mind. courteous drive-through order-takers provide helpful menu suggestions. the food was served immediately and the meal was as usual good. staff: polite and helpful service: timely

I recently tried the new French toast sticks, and I was quite disappointed. They were all dark brown and didn't taste good at all. I've attached a picture for reference.

The drive-thru experience was by far the slowest I've ever encountered. Once I finally reached the window to pick up my order, which was just a medium Frosty and two cookies, I was instructed to move ahead and wait for 15 minutes. In total, I spent 35 minutes in the car. Unbelievable!

Awful experience. This place is nothing like what we expected. It seems like the customer is always to blame, while the employees can do no wrong. We simply wanted to order five Frosty’s for our staff. How complicated can it be when you only have three flavors to choose from: chocolate, vanilla, or both? They even have strawberries!

Tremendously slow and unorganized. Everybody working like they don't wanna be there. The guy on the fries pouring tons of salt. Isn't there a limit? ? Cashier is nice. But all over the place. Stay focused. ?The other girl has airpods on; and waist level hair swinging all over the food.? Where's the hair net? I gave up on the long drive-thru line. Thought it would be faster inside.....NOT!? Advice: hire more, train them right, keep it tight; or shut it down ????? And learn to keep a smile on your face; and say hello to the customers. And say thank you for coming. That's part of professionalism.
