Wet City - Baltimore

I loved this small bar. It?s in a not so nice area . But I will say is this place is amazing on the inside . The beer was great. The vibes were great. And to top this all off , they FOOD WAS GOOD. Visit this brewery when you can . It?s worth the visit .

Never come back. It was my first time to Wet City in the night of 10. Dec. My friends and I came here to celebrate a birthday, but our food was mixed because there was someone with a similar Asian name as our buddy. The server that served us the food (a white woman with glasses, blond hair, with dark roots) realized the mistake and was SUPER rude to our table. A few comments I can remember form these servers were, I said the name like 10 times and this is what you ordered. The whole table was astonished that he became a whole situation for us all night and ruined the birthday dinner. Not only that, I never had such a terrible experience in a place super fat chicken sandwich and subpar poutine.

I'm waiting for two sandwiches for almost an hour. I understand if people are particularly unexpectedly busy. I am thinking (if I ask for a waiting period) of trouble and sass. Plan better for a Friday crowd and if you are unable to provide a quality experience, confirm that with professionalism, kindness and a kind of offer to make it right. You lost a rule tonight.

Come for the food, stay for the sours! Wet City has quickly become a favorite of ours. Their food is typical bar food but they do it very well. We've had they smash patty burger, Oklahoma burger, hot chicken, buffalo chicken, and poutine fries and liked every one. I suggest checking out their Instagram to see what food and drink specials they have going on when you go. My favorite are their rotating flavor of slushies and their French fries. The French fries are shoe string with some skin left on for the perfect crunch. The down side is that it's not in the greatest area of town. They have bar seating, indoor long benches, and outdoor tables, and on a nice night it's tempting to sit outside, but I've been hassled by both people driving by on the street and people walking by on the side walk. I'll stick with indoor seating.

We stopped in while hitting a couple places in Baltimore. The staff was very friendly and we were seated right away. The beer was good. I would give it a 4/5 overall. Parking can be a bit of a challenge so Uber if you can. If we lived in the area we would certainly return.
