Eulenspiegel - Bamberg

To start the male waiter here was very unfriendly and unhelpful. the soup we ordered was cold and the steak i ordered could have been mistaken for a rubber...

The place looked welcoming in the rain, but there was quite a bit of draft (the door was kept open). The Pfinferle selection was a bit disappointing, so we skipped that. We ordered a salad and a Schäuferla, quite OK but nothing special.

Eine sehr schöne Speisekarte und sehr lecker. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und aufmerksame Bedienung. Sehr empfehlenswert

.... Bamberger Bratwörscht mit Kraut und Kartoffelsalat. Schmeckte irgendwie nichts sagend. Der Kartoffelsalat war wohl aus einem größerem Eimer, die Würste ohne Würze. Freundliche Bedienung. Mehr gibt's hier nicht zu sagen.

We found this place while random walking in the town on 1st January evening. It looks like a typical German place with a wide selection of German dishes and beers.We selected Bamberg wurst and Gulasch soup. Both excellents with affordable price; the same for beers. Desserts are ok.I recommend it and I will return!
