The Verandah - Bambolim

The food here was excellent, especially the huge pizza. It was a nice change from the usual spicy dishes found in the area. The staff even went out of their way to make a custom pizza for us that wasn't listed on the menu.

This was by far the best indoor restaurant experience I had at the great Hyatt Goa. the personal service and eating were impeccable. as a solo female diner I found that the waiting staff and the manager were very attentive to my needs and special diet requests. and gave me great company during my meal. they also did not hesitate to help me get my drink down to the fire pit to relax after I was finished. it was very polite of them. I recommend the salate and this restaurant. was simply disappointed that during my time I could not take cooking classes here, as they were connected to a huge high time at the weekend.

The place is well furnished and has a hospitable staff. the tiramisu was great, but the lobster risotto was average. I had heard that the risotto was dying, but I had better.

This restaurant offers very authentic cuisine in a sophisticated setting. The food is fresh and has a delicate flavor. Be sure to sample their pizza, ravioli, and fresh salads.

I do not recommend dining at this restaurant. It would be better to visit a different restaurant in the nearby city. The noise level in this restaurant is very high and the food quality is just average.
