Quality accommodation for unbeatable prices. Very friendly staff and high quality homemade western cuisine cooked to order here. Vegetarian options also available. I also participated in an excellent guided hike through the jungle to the spectacular waterfall. The guide was very knowledgeable about the village and the local village of Hmong, which we went through on our hike. The hike included lunch and lasted about 4 hours. The hostel also offers free bikes for guests who are fantastic for small trips to the city. A perfect stop for anyone going through Laos or coming from Laos to Thailand. I would definitely return.

Great hostel! After I didn't know where to stay after crossing the Laos border, this place seemed pretty good. The room prices are cheap and the owners are very friendly. The private room had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I'm sure the sleeping dust would be the same! The bar area was a great place to calm down after the long boat trip. Easy to make small conversations with other tourists, if not there are two lovely dogs you can with. It is fun and cozy at the same time. I would definitely stay here longer if I could.

Best place in Chiang Khong! Amazing place, the owners are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful bar inside, relax zone, pool table, great food too! Free bikes for guests. Try the hike they offer, amazing day in the jungle with some beautiful waterfalls.

An amazing atmosphere. Rustic and authentic. Private rooms or dormitory rooms, The Hub offers space for you. Do you need a western kitchen? Burger, Bolognaise, stew and toasties will sort you out. Take a seat at the bar and enjoy an evening drink with a great conversation. One night is not enough, you will stay for one and for three, it is like magic. The hub works hard to introduce people in Chiang KHONG, hiking, mountain logs, cycling or fishing, everything is here and only newly discovered.

Very cool place to stay connected to a bar, incredibly nice cordial new owners. Great food too! Solid sanctuary on the way to Laos from Thailand or vice versa. Would come back again for sure!
