If you are a vegetarian and foodie, look here: This is an absolute gem for Thai Northern food that we found on our trip at Nakon Nayok. They were kind enough to adjust several menus to be vegetarian friendly including: Khao Soi, Roti with Green curry, and Nam prik Fried Rice. Overall, the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Never have I ever had such a pleasure eating thai food where I have to say “how could this be so delicious?” for ever bite I take. The namprik noom (roasted green chili paste) dipped with veggies: this was roasted so aromatically and very very delicious. The chunks were well mashed but the flavor was very on point. The Khao Soi (northern style curry noodle): I don’t really know what’s considered authentic, but the soup base was both sweet and sour balancing the spice. The egg noodles were delicious and the crispy noodles paired perfectly with the condiments and soup. Kao Pad Nam Prik Noom (Green chili paste Fried Rice): This was my least favorite from all the dishes as Im not the biggest fan of garlic BUT still very very delicious. The rice was very well done cooked with aromatics and garlic. Definitely very spicy for those who like spicy but tolerable. They substituted meat with crispy noodles for us. Roti with Green Curry: A highlight. The green curry was so so delicious with rich blend of coconut and chili paste. The eggplants used were very young and crunchy. And the roti was very crisp pairs perfectly with the curry. Overall fabulous fabulous food experience and very very reasonable pricing. Will definitely come back again and highly recommended those who enjoy northern food or in the area.
