Hanwell Arms Banbury

We don't eat out very often, but we decided to go to Poor last night for dinner since it was nearby. The restaurant has been renovated since my last visit, and it looks incredible—so much better than before. My little one loved the TV at the table and the tablet for ordering. The new menu is fantastic, and I was spoiled for choice! When our food arrived, it was hot, well-cooked, and tasted amazing. From now on, if we decide to go out to eat, this will be our top choice. The staff was very friendly and took the time to chat with my son and baby, which we appreciated. Great job, Youngs, and keep up the fantastic cooking! We will definitely be back soon!

I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The dishes were well-cooked and beautifully presented. The menu offered an excellent variety of choices. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was delightful. They did a great job with the renovations; everything looks polished and inviting. Well done!

My gammon was fantastic, but what really enhanced the experience was the separate gluten-free menu for my granddaughter. Most places only offer one or two options, but this restaurant had a great selection. The service was also commendable. Thank you!

The pub was tied up and the new management were brilliant had a great meal and there was no entertainment so well
