Mcdonald's - Banbury

We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, both the burgers and fries were cold. When we brought them back, we were angrily told that the fries weren't simply put in the microwave and returned to us. Unfortunately, after their inability to address the issue properly, we ended up only eating half of our meal before leaving. Service: Dine-in.

This restaurant needs to improve its hiring practices. They've brought in staff who lack experience and the ability to learn and take responsibility. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited for breakfast at 7:50 AM and used the app to place my order. The service was quick and cheerful. The only downside was that it was quite cold inside. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5, the service 5/5, and the atmosphere 3/5. Price per person was between £1 and £10.

I never do write ups about McDs as we all know what to expect, however for the last three weeks I've visited as part of a long commute. The gents toilets have been out of order throughout this time leaving just two urinals. The floor is constantly wet and the rest room dirty. It's a food establishment, if you can't get the toilets right what can we expect of the food prep area? Service: Dine in
