This restaurant is usually quite busy, but it is a small space. The cleanliness is often lacking, including in the washrooms. There are very few options for vegetarians. Additionally, they do not typically honor offers or points.

This restaurant deserves zero stars! I waited 28 minutes in line at the drive-thru and still hadn't even placed my order. It was extremely frustrating! If I had a way out, I would have left already. Avoid this place if you are in a rush. After a whopping 44 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally received my food. The staff were friendly and polite, and the food was well-prepared. The fries were especially delicious. However, this location really needs to improve its drive-thru efficiency.

I had the worst service at this McDonald's in a long time. It took 11 minutes to get 3 coffees, and it would have been even longer if I hadn't asked. On top of that, the coffees were weak. I'll be going to Tim Hortons next time I'm in Bancroft.

Should hire people who actually like there job. We went through today Monday October 2 815 no one else in the drive thru we ordered the we sat waiting for it for 10 mins. Then the lady opens the window doesn’t say anything like hello here is your order absolutely nothing! Not very good customer service. If they don’t like working there then don’t work there.
