Gloria Jean's Coffees (bangi Gateway)

The place was quiet and gives a calming effect. I love the coffee and had some snacks. The food was great and tasty. I totally enjoyed this outing.

Bad service at all...no greeting to customer coffee is tasteless...a girl called your drink ready just turn around after u reached the counter...so arrogant... my first and last at GJC..one more they turn the indonesian song loud like their home... so bad soooo bad... Staff lacking in good manners. In malay term, we say ada kurang adab sikit. When customer asked for her order, if it's not ready yet and will be served later, kindly say it nicely, not by saying be patient, because customer asked staff politely. Cashier is also not very friendly.

Overall is satisfactory but I think it's quite pricey
