Seed N Salt Banff - Banff National Park

Had the coconut curry and it was delicious, all the flavour was there and the pickled hot peppers really leveled up the dish. My gripe is with the rice which was sadly undercooked, chalky and hard.. maybe take a bite if you're my dude plating things in the back! Will be back for another go

Incredible experience. Amazing and friendly staff! The food was awesome (had 2 breakfasts here during our stay and everything was perfectly). Definitely a must try when in Banff! Egg Nog Latte was on point and their breakfast bowls are a great start to the day! Big shout out to Jade (front counter) and the owner MJ for a great experience. Will definitely be back next time!

Such a huge fan of this place both in Calgary and Banff! The food is so wholesome and nourishing, the drinks I’ve tried are all exceptional and packed with flavour (and nutrients! , and the staff are always welcoming. Love the decor too!
