It was great. so wonderful real coffee, excellent service

Horrible staff. Female employee working at this time is treating customers terribly. Rolling her eyes behind their backs and making comments every time someone asks for anything. Messed up our order and blamed us for it, making sarcastic comments to male coworker. Obviously need new staff, no wonder all the other coffee shops in banff are busier than here.

Some other coffee shops didn't know how to extract a shot, but the Aussies working here were doing textbook pour-overs and latte art. 100% recommend getting your coffee from here.

Cutest little coffee shop, although a slightly expensive cup of coffee or chai but totally hit the spot! Staff was very friendly, definitely a must stop while in Banff!

The best almond milk latte that I have ever had was here!
