Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Banff

Had Popeye?s for the first time. I was quite satisfied. I?d say 8/10 for the sandwich, I think there could have been a little bit more sauce on the inside, but the chicken was juicy and crispy and the pickles were perfect. The bun was also very good. The cajun fries were okay, 6/10. Not really crispy and a bit cold. The staff was nice, they recommended 2 extra sauces for us to try! I?m sad there aren?t any Popeye?s in Quebec (if anyone from HQ is reading this, we would be delighted if you opened a few stores in our province!! . The only reason I didn?t give 5/5 was the location. In the basement of a little mall undergoing renovations is not really charming. 10/10 would go again though!

I waited 25 minutes for 4 pc platter. No one was bothered by the delay so no one acknowledged it. Onion rings was undercooked like there was raw flour on it. We were hungry so i went back to order chicken nuggets and it was closed already at 7.40 pm. I hope they start acknowledge the delay at least and cook the food properly.

I am not a fan of fried chicken. But my family seemed to enjoy it. It did look very oily and the spicy wasn't spicy.

Ordered a take out for our staff.Kirat and his team went above and beyond and had the order ready piping hot on time. Very delicious food and lot of fun memories for staff as they enjoyed the food together. Thanks Kirat and team!!
