My son has celiac and we were in Bangalore over the summer. We were a little worried about his safety in terms of eating out. However this place was nothing short of amazing! Chefs Daniel and Elayaz made several gluten free meals for us. They are very knowledgeable and completely aware of food allergens, cross contamination and assured us that the food would be prepared in a separate clean dedicated area. My son enjoyed all the food, as did the rest of the family. They made us all sorts of foods- ranging from pizza, pasta, South Indian to North Indian food.Both chefs personally came to our table and assured us. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s restaurants!

Lots of gluten free options and the chef can make almost anything on the menu gf. The best gf bread I've ever had and the paneer tikka was amazing.
