The three of us each ordered two dishes and rice (40 baht per person), so we got to try six different delicious dishes. We ordered by pointing and showing. Some of the dishes were spicy while others were not at all. Those who don't enjoy spicy food should be careful of anything that might resemble chili peppers. The quality of the food was excellent and it was a good value for the money. The seating area was busy, but we were able to find a table.
This bustling small stall is located on the ground floor, to the right of the first aisle of food shops. It is marked by triangular yellow and red flags indicating that it is Jain. The stall offers a wide variety of excellently prepared vegan dishes, including a multitude of soups and main courses. I tried a green bean and tofu dish with chili, as well as a soup that reminded me of a delicious massaman sauce. All served with rice for just 40 baht. Prices for 1-2 dishes with rice range from 40-50 baht. The food had exceptional taste, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend stopping by this stall during your shopping trip.
We searched through Paradise Park to find these stands and needed help to locate them. Paradise Park has various buildings and food stalls (food arcade, food bazaar). We visited on a Sunday at 7 o'clock, and all they had available were 6 bags of cold potatoes and rice.
