One of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve visited many other Michelin star restaurants! . The preparations of Thai cuisine are superb, as is the attentive service. My favorite course was the fermented dish of sauce poured over shrimp the presentation and flavor were to die for! A must visit when in Bangkok.
Everything was 5/5. Attention to detail by the chef is truly amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the use of different ingredients we have not have before, rice paddy crabs and hairy eggplant. Stand out dish was the Boiled, where the broth had a different taste when eaten on its own vs with the beef mixed in. Maybe two suggestions for the management team, would suggest in getting better steak knife for the duck course, it was pretty tough to cut with the one given which was just a dinner knife. Also maybe think about more cocktail selection.
