Good stuff, and lots of excellent toppings like blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, chocolate chips, reese pieces and that waffle stuff which is good crispy. It's a really nice place. Suggestions: I hope they always have the above flavors although I understand if pumpkin is seasonal. They should really add an Açaí flavor, I think that's pretty important. Keep the waffle pieces big and extra crispy. Now super nit picks, I'd adjust the hand sanitizer dispenser to dispense about half the current amount and I'd change all door handles to brass. Fully recommended!!!
Yesterday me and my family were just returning from a very stressful attempt at a vacation. One of my siblings insisted we stop somewhere to get food before we got home, so we could enjoy some part of our vacation. After a good 20 minute argument we finally decided on Sweet Frog. Tensions were high walking into the store but one of the young workers lightened the mood right up. The worker was super sweet, she helped my sister pick out flavors to mix as well as toppings to add. She made the end of a hard week really sweet and probably saved us from a fight on the way home. Instead my brother and sister talked abt how funny the ?ice cream lady? was. Thank you to whoever the young lady who made our night.
For such a popular place I expect to have a lactose free option. When I went in last I was confused to find the only one they had was some gross fruit mix. You couldn't really put any topping on because the flavor was so weird. It?s beyond me when your business model is getting paid by weight that you would go with such a confusing lactose free option that prevented variety. A French vanilla, vanilla butter cream, or even a basic chocolate would give the patron a base to build flavors on since they are dietarily limited. I?d like to bring my family in but won?t until there is a lactose free option that actually puts me in mind as a customer.
This is my favorite frozen yogurt shop. each time we come here for my birthday, my whole family gets frozen yogurt and its so good. the only problem is there arent many options for lactose intolerant people like my dad.
Price up, quality down. With several flavors missing, it was slim pickings this time. And the yoghurt wasn?t creamy as usual but very watery and tasted gross. Will be awhile before I go back there !
