Umami Noodle - Bangor

Excellent service and delicious food! The dining room is beautifully designed as well. It’s the perfect spot for my friends and me to indulge in our much-needed noodle bowls!

This was my first visit, and based on the reviews from the past week or two, I had high expectations. I found the miso broth to be flavorful, the pork belly tender and well-seasoned, and the noodles cooked perfectly—tender yet al dente. They did overlook one item in my order, but they quickly corrected it. Overall, I had a good experience and will definitely return for another visit.

The food here is delicious. I appreciate the option to create your own noodle bowl, where you can select your broth, vegetables, and protein. If you're uncertain about what to choose, there are pre-made bowls available as well. They offer Pepsi products, craft beer, and wine. The staff is friendly, but keep in mind that it's a self-service model—you order at the counter and take care of your own cleanup. The prices are quite reasonable, and the food is tasty enough that I'll definitely be returning. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Thai or Chinese cuisine.

After I couldn't get any soup delivered from my favorite Italian restaurant, I decided to give this place a try. I wasn't disappointed! The chicken and pigeon broth was incredibly flavorful, the Udon noodles had the perfect texture, the toppings were spot-on, and the gyoza were absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be returning.
