Wayne and I were extremely happy with our decision to choose Conca D'oro for both our ceremony and reception. From the moment we walked into the venue to inquire about their wedding packages, we were impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Fran. She showed genuine passion for weddings, the venue, and the high standards of food and service that they offer. Despite our limited budget and the challenges faced by the wedding industry due to COVID19, Fran never made us feel like she was just trying to make a sale. She genuinely cared about her job and forming connections with people. Fran listened to all our requests, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was perfect for us. She was there every step of the way to ensure that our vision came to life on our wedding day. The decorations, food, and overall ambiance were lovely, and our guests had a fantastic time. The beef cheeks, calamari, and desserts were all outstanding, and everyone had a smile on their face throughout the day. While there were some minor issues with the speakers during the ceremony, it did not overshadow the wonderful experience we had. We would still choose Conca D'oro again if we were to do it all over. Conca D'Oro really went the extra mile to make our day incredibly special! They fulfilled all of our requests with ease and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. We received nothing but positive feedback about the night and couldn't be happier with how amazing everything turned out. The food, service, and staff all contributed to making our night unforgettable. We chose Concad'oro for our wedding and worked with Luisa from beginning to end. She was a joy to work with, fulfilling all of our requests and making us feel relaxed and comfortable. She was especially kind to my stepkids, treating them to dessert and giving them a tour of the venue, unlike other vendors who were less welcoming to children. The day ran smoothly and the food was excellent. We highly recommend Concad'oro, and specifically working with Luisa! 10/10 would recommend.

I would without hesitation recommend Conco D’Oro for your next event. Francesca was so easy to deal with and happy to cater to all our requests and attend to our queries. She is one of the most genuine people I have come across in my life and one of the main reasons I chose Conco D’Oro.

We had our wedding reception in the Conca Doro Regal Ballroom, and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. From the get go, Sam patiently guided us through the initial planning down to the smallest details, and made everything so easy. On the night, Luke and the boys were very accommodating of a slight schedule adjustment for a late running groomsman, and their professionalism and friendliness put us at ease immediately. From the moment we stepped out of the limo, we were whisked away into the cosy bridal room and instructed to relax and enjoy canapes while final preparations were made upstairs. The venue was decked out to perfection; so much care went into ensuring everything was even better than I imagined, and the ambiance was just wonderful. Walking into the beautiful ballroom was a magical experience, and the rest of the evening was no less enchanting.
