Lakai Noodle Restaurant - Bankstown

Really, good food here, great service and the music was fantastic, had such a lovely time with friends and family, would really recommend this place to anyone living in bankstown!!!

This was where i had my first pho and i would definitely recommend. The prices were reasonable, great customer service, clean and it really is a comfortable to just chill with friends

Love it ! Been here a few times and food is delicious and service has been great and quick. love the atmosphere and look of the restaurant. just wish the elevator worked to take up my baby pram.

Terrible experience. What is the point of having a button at the table if no one responds to it. We waited 1hr for our drinks to arrive, with the restaurant forgetting one of the drinks we had ordered. The rice paper roll ingredients arrived however the actual rice paper came 20 mins later. We were given ramekins instead of cups for our water which had obviously been used for creme brulees as they were not washed properly and were still stuck to the rim. We were eventually given disposable coffee cups. When we were finally able to order more food we were told that there was a large group and the wait would be very long and thus we shouldn't order it. Strange business model. This place seems very popular with the live music crowd and may be it's only saving grace. Definitely would not visit again.

Used to be a big fan of lakai and their crispy seafood noodles, however was utterly disappointed with the lack of customer service and quality of food. We used be greeted by a nice Vietnamese woman who stood out the front and sat us at a table however today, we walked in and the staff didn't seem to acknowledge us and we sat at a table by ourselves. Ordered the exact same food that we usually did which was the crispy seafood noodles and we received frozen vegetables and seafood that were still cold in the middle and had no flavour whatsoever. The noodles were stale and dry and the sauce was watery. When we told the waitress she brought it back to the kitchen and 2 minutes later it came out the same but microwaved. Im not sure if management has changed but I will definitely stop recommending this restaurant to people after today.
