This person taking the order was very rude and after waiting forever at the window for my food I had to repeat my order ! After 10 minutes at the window and a long line behind me they couldn’t get it together wat so ever ! Complete incompetence honestly

Horrific experience! Way over priced for the poor quality of food we got. Burnt bacon, could fries, forgot our shake etc etc. Will never go back, and do not recommend anyone to go here. Carls has really taken a turn downhill. Pretty sad use to be a favorite, and now it's a skip for sure

Miguel had great customer service. Made it very easy to order and the food was very fresh.
