Feedback gevenThe staff doesn’t pay attention when you place your order. I specifically asked for no vegetables, but they still included them in my dish regardless of my request.
I've come across a lot of negative reviews for this restaurant, but in my experience, I've never encountered any issues. I've been dining here every couple of weeks for about two years, and everything has always been fine. If I had to mention one minor thing, it's that they tend to be a bit stingy with the Waba sauce. However, I understand that many businesses are trying to cut down on waste and costs. Overall, I think everything here is excellent.
This restaurant consistently closes before 8:00 PM. When I arrived at 7:50 and found the door locked, the staff merely stared at me while looking at their phones. They seem to prioritize leaving early over taking care of their customers. The lack of customer service is disappointing.
I ordered my food on the line and made a mistake and added rice. When I got there, I talked to an ellen who said she was the manager, told her I had to make a change that I didn't want rice to all vegetables! She became so crazy and thrown things, the rice back into the rice container, splashed the lid, had no customer service at all!!! She was rude and should go to school and learn to be polite and respectful for people!!
My favorite on the go meal. I get the Waba bowl, which comes with chicken and steak, and add veges. In a bowl with rice. The sauce they use is seasoned well. It tastes like a home cooked meal.
