Log Cabin - Bar Harbor

This restaurant is overpriced and not worth the money. It took us 20 minutes to get a waitress to take our drink orders, and one person at our table received their food only after we had all finished eating.

Four of us seniors visited the Log Cabin Restaurant for a meal. If I remember correctly, they were charging $16.99 for spaghetti and meatballs, which I thought was quite overpriced. As a result, I opted for one of their hamburgers, which came with a slice of pickle and potato chips for about $10.00, but I didn't feel it was worth that price either. Additionally, we were not satisfied with the service from our waitress.

When you look at the menu picture of the lobster roll, piled high with generous amounts of lobster, you'll be in for a surprise when it arrives at your table. If you ordered it and find there’s barely any lobster in it, you’re unlikely to be very happy.

So when in Maine, right? Yeah, we had the Lobster Special. What? Perfectly cooked. Probably not a big surprise as they probably cook a few hundred a month if not anymore, but still, perfectly cooked. In addition. Wow! Just wow! The service was incredible. Our waiter, Andy was great. Just a really nice guy and made sure that dinner was perfect. I was impressed with words. The family had a good day at Acadia National Park and dinner here was absolutely the cherry on the sun.
