Feedback gevenThe food was absolutely incredible! This restaurant feels like a hidden gem, and I'm amazed that it isn’t busier! Please don't take offense at Alex; he’s really great, just a bit unique in his personality. We enjoyed the chicken gnocchi and garlic Parmesan shell. As a starter, we had the risotto cheese ball, which was delicious!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant; I truly enjoyed my dinner. While they didn’t have baked spaghetti on the menu, I ordered it because I prefer simpler dishes due to my sensory sensitivities. Our server, Kira, was exceptional—she communicated everything perfectly by jotting down my preferences and relaying them to the kitchen. She’s definitely one of the best servers I’ve encountered in any restaurant. We dined outside in the garden, which was lovely at night, surrounded by garden beds filled with herbs, tomatoes, and squash that they use in their dishes, as well as beautiful flowers. The roasted garlic appetizer was divine when paired with the bread—definitely a ten out of ten experience! For dessert, we enjoyed crème brûlée and local ice cream, which capped off the meal perfectly!
Wow! That was the best dining experience I've had in Bar Harbor. This hidden gem is easy to overlook since it's tucked away from the main streets in a quiet corner of downtown. The terrace is adorned with beautiful flowers and cozy fireplaces, while the interior features a charming, understated coastal decor reminiscent of the mid-century—simple yet elegant. The service was attentive and felt slow-paced and personal, rather than rushed to turn another table. The food was incredible, expertly cooked and seasoned, and the wine selection was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it—12 out of 10!
Nothing to complain. Our server was Scott, who was friendly and friendly. We had the choice of a table. The food was excellent and quickly arrived. It wasn't the cheapest, but good value.
Excellent service and food. Halibut piccata was the special tonight and the fresh broiled scallops were delicious. Don't miss the limoncello tiaramisu with fresh blueberries and lemon curd.
