Gulmarg Meadows - Bāramūla

I and my wife were in Gulmarg Meadows from 22 to 24 October. What makes this property from the other properties in Gulmarg is the location and hospitality. I stayed in all kinds of real estate all over India and Europe, but never came over a warmer and real hospitality than that of the staff of Meadows, especially Abdul. He's a jewel of a person and would have won a nobel for hospitality if it were one. The Rs 300 Rs 400 is about 3 km from Gondola. Pony Wallas cargo Rs 250 per pony. It is located under small hills. The tents have an electrically heated mattress, a small room heating, an electric kettle, a connected laundry room and a changing area. Ameneties are not luxurious, but good enough to make your stay comfortable. The view from the accommodation is very nice and you can walk around days and enjoy the great atmosphere. The food was also very good and we served cakes hot. Tea was available on request. We met the owner during our last stay. He is a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had a heated culinary experience. These little gestures talk a lot about his hospitality. Afterward, we should have stayed at the property for a few more days. Hopefully we'll have a longer stay next time.

We stayed at Gulmarg Meadows during our visit to Gulmarg. It was the most mesmerizing experience on our trip to Kashmir, both because of the amazing tenthouse we stayed at and the breathtaking views from this location. The accommodation is a campsite located in Strawberry valley, right next to a row of potato farms. The tenthouses are constructed beautifully, and we were surprised at the attention to detail that was paid to various elements inside, right from the basics to the decorative. The amenities were exhaustive and a lot of effort was made to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. So much so that we decided to spend an additional day in Gulmarg! We booked the stay with breakfast and dinner, and the food was homely which was a respite after eating restaurant food for the last few days. We highly recommend this stay if you are visiting Gulmarg.

I must admit that when I was looking up option for our Gulmarg stay , this camp did not strike me till almost the last moment . I was travelling with my mother and as luck would have it I asked her randomly if she would want to camp she was super excited and that 's it , I went ahead and booked . And am I glad I did ! First the location it 's much out of the 'main town ' area but then gulmarg 's main town is just a touristy trap with the local market not really worth it . This camp site is just by a river , and the views from here are simply breath taking . I can 't really describe them in words , please do look at the attached photos . The tents itself , they are much more than basic. They are perfectly liveable , infact the mattress warmers keep you totally cozy at night . The bathroom and dress areas form part of the each of the 10 tents . Totally usable and good . A word for the staff I found them to be excellent people , courteous and polite to a fault , and willing to engage only if you want them to

It’s a beautiful and neat place. It got amazing view . The mountain view was breathtaking from this place. The tent got heaters and clean room. I want for recommend everyone to book this place when you visit gulmarg.

Very nice place.gives the feeling of camping with all the facilities of hotel. Food was really tasty.. egg curry was awesome. Location is mind blowing.
