Feedback gevenI had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. I tried calling them to give them a chance to rectify my order, but no one picked up. When I went to the store to have my pizza made correctly, there were three employees there, yet no one attended to me. It seemed like they were deliberately avoiding the phone. Since that incident, however, my next three orders have been correct, and once they even called to confirm my order. The staff has shown improvement in terms of service.

When I went to the store to get my pizza made correctly, there were three people inside, yet no one seemed willing to help. Clearly, they didn’t want to pick up the phone. Since then, I’ve had three orders that were correct, and they even called to confirm one order. The staff turnaround seems good.
Last night, I placed a delivery order at 10:25 PM, and my order was confirmed with payment through my Cash App. I was told it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. However, by 11:40 PM, when my order still hadn’t arrived, I called to check on it, only to discover that my transaction had been canceled at 10:47 PM. Today, when I tried to speak to a manager about this situation, I was informed that there was nothing they could do because my order was never prepared. I asked why that was the case and why I wasn't compensated for the trouble. The manager's response seemed dismissive, and when I questioned him further, he abruptly hung up on me. I called back to ask for his name, and while he provided his first name, he didn’t seem forthcoming about his position. This made me wonder how someone who mishandles customer interactions could be in a managerial role. I'm really disappointed by how this situation was handled, especially since my coworkers and I missed a meal after a long, hard day at the construction site. We had to get up early again this morning, hungry and frustrated. While I won’t mention the manager’s name here, I do plan to contact the corporate office about this lack of management skills and the overall dissatisfaction of this experience.
