Saubacherhof - Barbiano

I've been in this place for the last time 30 years ago as a child. I was in this area of Italy this summer and had to go back. I was not disappointed at all. The food is still great, the portions as big as before, the prices very reasonable. The waiter proposed to reduce the portions for the meal of our kid and we paid half price for that meal. The atmosphere of years ago was still there, typical decoration of this region. The service was quick, friendly and efficient.

Delicious food, generous portions and very good service. Their shlutzkrapfen in particular was excellent and seemed a double portion!

Sono stato qui diverse volte e ogni volta mi sono trovato benissimo perché il cibo è ottimo, abbondante e tipico dell'Alto Adige. Consiglio vivamente un piatto molto semplice ma veramente eccezionale, ossia l'uovo di ossobuco servito con delizioso speck. Ottimi anche i primi piatti, in particolare i ravioli ripieni di selvaggina. Abbiamo preso il tris di carne in pentola, molto abbondante ma soprattutto delizioso. Consiglio anche la birra alla spina Franziskaner, eccezionale! E un ringraziamento al proprietario, molto ospitale e gentile.

Hotel consigliato, per provare un ristorante tipico della cucina, siamo arrivati in questo ristorante. la posizione che domina la valle con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne circostanti. il servizio è veloce e cordiale. I piatti sono abbondanti (molto) e la qualità molto buona il prezzo assolutamente medio/basso e rapporto qualità molto favorevole. ottima alternativa al ristorante alberghiero
