Feedback gevenI did not know the place, we just sat there to have some drinks in the terrace and when we saw the waiter bringing the pizzas to the table next to us, we decided that we needed to try them, they just looked really good! So we tried the bravas, one of the salads and pizza and everything was amazing. The place is really nice, but it's better to go early to make sure you will be able to have a seat. I'll be coming back for sure!
Being italian, I can be quite picky with pizza. Also, I don’t Like the fact that most pizzas require a super long digestion time! Pizza at Fermentum is just so good and the dough fermented in a way that you will forget about digesting it, but still remember the amazing taste! Pizza is not huge, so good size to share some with an aperitivo, or just ask for more if it’s dinner. You won’t leave any slice in the plate!
We had a great dinner in this new restaurant. The host invited us to some arancini made filled with mushroomsm, really delicious. We took a few starters patatas bravas and alitas de pavo a must and then we tested several type of pizzas. They prepare their own dough and it is different from the typical round one. Cutted in 6 pieces, rectangular, filled with Italian cuts or Spanish ingredients...really good. One of the best part is the dessert not fancy or creative ones but really well prepared and with a strong taste. Definitely recommended

Lugar muy luminoso que tiene terraza, decoración moderna, la atención de excelente personal. especialidades: exquisita comida con buenos productos italianos. increíble también para disfrutar de un brunch diferente, acompañado de café exquisito.
